-Design Led Construction

Lead Architect, Sadia Hayat, manages and supervises design work and she remains the main point of contact throughout the design process. She also coordinates the project design team including structural engineers, interior designers and specialty sub consultants; and works alongside our site teams to ensure that the studio’s high design standards are properly understood and executed on site.

-Sustainable Design

All of our projects reiterate the practice’s approach to sustainable design which is          grounded in passive design principles. Considering the energy situation in our country and consumption patterns of the people, sustainability is more than a concept for us. The firm insists that all designs should be sustainable and energy efficient.

Process

-Project Breif & Site Investigation

he project starts with a thorough analysis of clients requirements, site analysis and Geotechnical investigation at site.  We also work with the clients to develop design vision based on bye laws, budget and timelines

-Conceptual Design Submission

We develop design ideas and prepare layout options for the client. At this stage 3d models and external views are also developed. On finalization of the layout design and 3ds, the submission process starts to seek approval of plans, and to acquire permission to build.

-Architectural Design & Structual Engineering

Architectural, structural, interior layouts, MEP working drawings are finalized at this stage. based on these drawing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for first phase of construction are prepared.
